How was everyone’s weekend? Have you been watching the Olympic Games? I’ve been nursing a case of laryngitis (joy), but that hasn’t stopped me from going to see The Dark Knight Rises in IMAX (amazing), or enjoying a barbeque at Golden Gardens (wonderful!).

We’ve been settling into our new home slowly but surely, trying not to become overwhelmed by the ever expanding list of demands. One of the items on my list is wall decor. I’ve been dreaming of building a miniature green wall. Have you heard of these wonders? How gorgeous is this one, featuring succulents?

I’ve historically been a bit intimidated by poached eggs, but have been flexing my cooking skills a bit in my new (huge) kitchen. Poaching eggs to golden, molten perfection is one such. Check out this delicious recipe for caprese eggs benedict from The Curvy Carrot. Yum.
